The quotation form asks for your name, company, business email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, service choice, route, cargo details and optional ready date.

The website records the submitted fields, submission time, source page and technical information including IP address and an approximate country.

Information submitted through the quotation form is used to understand your logistics request and enable SHOWLINK to respond.

Submitted inquiries are stored in the website administration system, where authorized administrators can review the details.

The website sends an inquiry notification to log@showlinkcn.com. Information in an inquiry can therefore also be held in the business email system.

Packing lists or specifications sent by email are outside the web form. Send only information needed to discuss or arrange the shipment.

Email, WhatsApp and external information links open other services. Those services have their own terms and privacy information.

Some logistics photographs load from Unsplash image servers. Loading external content can disclose technical connection information to the provider.

The website platform may use cookies for functions such as administrator login. You can review and manage cookies through your browser settings.

Contact log@showlinkcn.com to ask about information you submitted or to request a correction. Include enough detail to locate the inquiry without sending unnecessary identity documents.
