Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our services. Yansir is dedicated to providing transparent and reliable B2B logistics solutions.
Applicable Objects & Scope
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Yansir (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider") and its users. The users are categorized as follows:
- Website Visitors: Individuals or entities accessing this website for information regarding logistics services, market trends, or company updates.
- Cooperative Clients: Business entities (B2B) that have engaged Yansir for freight forwarding, customs clearance, or logistics services.
Content Validity Statement
The information provided on this website--including but not limited to route maps, transit time estimates, and general service descriptions--is for general reference purposes only. While we strive to keep information current, the dynamic nature of global logistics means data may change without notice.
In the event of any discrepancy between the content on this website and a formally signed Logistics Service Contract or Booking Confirmation, the terms of the signed contract shall prevail. The website content does not constitute a binding offer unless explicitly confirmed in writing by an authorized Yansir representative.
Cooperation & Booking Rules
- Quotation Validity All freight rates and quotes provided via email or phone are subject to validity periods. Final rates must be confirmed at the time of booking due to market volatility (e.g., fuel surcharges, peak season surcharges).
- Booking Confirmation A service obligation is only established once a formal Booking Confirmation (SO) or Service Order is issued by Yansir. Verbal agreements are not binding.
- Cargo Compliance The Client warrants that the cargo description, weight, and volume are accurate and that the goods are not prohibited by laws of the origin or destination countries.
Disclaimer & Force Majeure
Yansir shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from causes beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to:
Force Majeure Events
Acts of God, natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes), war, civil commotion, strikes, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
Operational Constraints
Delays caused by customs authorities, port congestion, vessel schedule changes by carriers, or flight cancellations.
*Liability for cargo loss or damage is limited in accordance with international conventions (e.g., Warsaw Convention, Hague-Visby Rules) unless additional insurance is purchased.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Amicable Negotiation: In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through friendly consultation.
Arbitration/Litigation: If negotiation fails within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where Yansir is headquartered, unless otherwise specified in the service contract.
